Paid participation fees will not be refunded unless such a situation is proven to be due to reasons beyond the control of the participant (such as cases of force majeure, inability to participate in the event for well-founded reasons, etc.). The return period in this case will be a maximum of 90 days from the date of the decision.
To the extent that the event cannot take place or is interrupted for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer (such as cases of force majeure, strikes, the establishment of states of emergency, etc.), it will not be responsible for covering the damages to the participants . A commission will be set up to analyze the situation and decisions will be made regarding possible returns of the fees paid by the participants, within a maximum of 90 days from the date of the congress.
For the situation in which the event cannot take place due to the Organizer’s fault, the amount paid will be returned within a maximum of 90 days from the expected date of the event.
